The location is good with wonderful park views, and the staff are the best, plus they have a sensational breakfast with lots of goodies.

Great-sized rooms with double bed, very very good stay! A wide array of facilities such as: a personal safe, climate control and a minibar.

The rooms here are a good size and come with a shower and hairdryer, and the central location and friendly staff were the highlights of my enjoyable stay.

Great location for walking, with a beautiful park nearby. Staff were correct and friendly. Delicious breakfast with a variety of local and international food. the restaurant, Martina, is highly recommended for lunch/dinner.

I absolutely loved the hotel's decoration, it was so modern and clean. The lobby area was beautiful and had plenty of natural light coming in from all sides, making it a bright and welcoming space. As a senior woman, I appreciated how easy it was to navigate through the hotel, with wide corridors and spacious common areas. It was perfect for someone like me who prefers a comfortable and accessible environment.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be a bit more attentive. A little more patience and understanding from the staff would have made my stay even more enjoyable.

The inconvenience of using a separate garage located around the block, especially when it's raining. The lack of a drop off zone near the main entrance made it even more challenging to access the hotel directly.

The hotel provided a great Christmas experience. the room was clean and well maintained with comfortable beds. the location was perfect, situated close to the park and within walking distance of several restaurants and shops.

The noise level was high during the evenings and didn't cease until early morning. the restaurant, although serving decent meals, was located a bit far from the hotel, making it a bit of a hassle to get to.

We had a delightful stay at this centrally located hotel with a beautiful park opposite. the staff at Sercotel were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the view from our balcony and the effective double glazing. the attached restaurant provided good quality food and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again. We had a great stay at this hotel. the location was ideal, just 10 minutes away from bars and restaurants, yet it felt like we were in the countryside with birds singing in the morning. the balcony was a nice bonus, allowing us to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. the room itself was a good size and the internet speed was impressive. the parking facilities were also convenient, and it was a real bonus that it was free of charge. the friendly reception and affordable price made it great value for money. The air-conditioning was easy to use and worked well. cons: Nothing that i didnt like. 🤷‍♀️.
